Honey Bunches of Oats provided me with breakfast biscuits and a gift card in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
I try to avoid eating too late at night for health reasons. As a result, I tend to wake up really hungry, and rarely want to wait around on making an elaborate breakfast. I have used yogurt as my go-to quick and convenient breakfast item for quite a while, but yogurt alone isn’t enough to keep me from getting hungry again shortly. I am so excited to have found the perfect item to pair with my yogurt for a balanced but still quick and convenient breakfast.
Honey Bunches of Oats Breakfast Biscuits come in individual packages with four 100% whole grain biscuits per pack. Each pack of four biscuits has 4g of fiber, 29 grams of whole grain and 230 calories per serving (each pack is one serving). I had never had a breakfast biscuit before, so I wasn’t really sure whether they would taste more like a cracker or a cookie, but in my opinion the closest comparison is a graham cracker in texture, except thicker and with a specific flavor (in my case with strawberry flavor because I chose the strawberry variety). I like strawberry banana yogurt, and pairing that with the strawberry breakfast biscuits is a wonderful combination. My container of yogurt plus the 4 breakfast biscuits provides me with a breakfast that requires no cooking so I can be eating it in just minutes after getting out of bed, and the entire breakfast is under 400 calories and keeps me full for a few hours so I feel like it’s a great breakfast choice when I’m low on time or just too impatient to wait on something to cook.
Honey Bunches of Oats Breakfast Biscuits also come in honey roasted and chocolate chip varieties, which would be great for paring with various flavors of yogurt, coffee, tea, or fresh fruit. I think all three varieties may appeal to children, especially the chocolate chip variety. Each box contains five packs of four biscuits each, and I found them at my local supermarket for about $2.50 a box which fits into my grocery budget nicely.
Which variety of Honey Bunches of Oats Breakfast Biscuits are you most excited to try? Will you eat them on their own or pair them with something else?

I can’t wait to try these! I usually get Belvita, but I would love to try the Honey Bunches of Oats brand. They’re great for when things get too busy at work and I can’t get to the kitchen for breakfast.

I had a free coupon to try these and couldn’t find them in store, or maybe they ran out (Kroger’s), so I missed out. I want to try them more than ever now! They look tiny and cute–probably good for a light snack and just pop one in your purse, or to go.
We really enjoyed the strawberry flavor! The chocolate chip if my sons favorite.
