I received products from Canyon Bakehouse for my review. All opinions and photos are my own.
About a year ago, I began noticing that I had sensitivity to foods with gluten in them. I don’t believe I have an actual medical issue. I think it is simply that my body doesn’t tolerate gluten well. I decided to experiment with my diet. For one week, I completely cut out foods with gluten. I felt so much better; less bloat and more energy. From that point on, I have really tried to avoid gluten…I am not 100% off gluten, but I do choose gluten free when available.
As I made this dietary change, I began trying new gluten free breads. One of the brands I have come to really like is Canyon Bakehouse. They make an assortment of gluten free baked goods including: breads, buns and muffins. For my review I was able to try the NEW Canyon Bakehouse Plain Bagels, Everything Bagels and Brownie Bites.
It would be a shame for me to not start with these Brownie Bites…OMGoodness! Never have I tasted brownies so moist, rich and delicious! No one would ever guess these are gluten free. They are seriously some of, if not the best, brownie I have ever had. Yum!
Plain Bagels and Everything Bagels are awesome! We use often use our bagels to make a sandwich with. Fill them with a fresh egg, greens and a slice of meat for a breakfast sandwich. My kids add their favorite deli meats and cheese for school lunches. You can also add marina sauce or pesto, cheese and make a mini pizza. The options are really endless to what you can make with your Canyon Backhouse Bagels.

I have not seen these brands but they do sound tasty.
There’s not very many choices for gluten free in stores near me, unless you want to pay dearly. The brownies look awesome and I’ll keep an eye out for the brand in stores. Sometimes they have great coupons too.
