Taking care of my skin is important to me. I chose to use products that are made with either all natural or organic ingredients. My skin is exposed to so many toxins from the environment; I don’t want to add more from my cosmetics.
I recently had the opportunity to try Ayurvedic Facial Scrub from Annmarie Gianni. Ayurvedic Facial Scrub is a balance of Indian herbs, Moroccan clay and traditional herbal treatments. Moroccan rhassoul clay has been found to absorb excess oil, dirt and toxic matter while leaving your skin clean and nourished. The herbal ingredients include- fenugreek, lavender flowers, rosemary leaves, lemon balm leaves, shavegrass, neem leaves, and comfrey root. This combination was created to gently exfoliate, soothe and regenerate.
Upon first opening the Ayurvedic Facial Scrub, I was surprised by the texture and appearance of the product. You could tell that fresh herbs were a main ingredient. It smelled like a bouquet of dried herbs. After using the scrub, I found my skin to be clean and soft.
Ayurvedic Facial Scrub is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin and problematic skin. To use, simply combine Ayurvedic Facial Scrub powder with your cleanser and a couple drops of water. If you don’t want to use cleanser, you can just use water to prepare your scrub. Massage the scrub into your face and neck and then clean with a warm wet towel. For best results use the scrub three or four times a week.
The Ayurvedic Facial Scrub comes in a 50ml container. This will give you approximately 30 scoops. For best quality, use your container within five months of opening.
