Thank you to Ozeri for providing me with product, free of charge, in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Being that we farm and I also homeschool our children, I make home cooked meals a lot. Thankfully, I’ve always enjoyed cooking and baking so it doesn’t typically bother me. Although, like many others, I do get in a rut and tend to make the same meals over and over again. I would love to be one of those ultra organized moms who plans their meals a month at a time but, unfortunately, I typically only decide hours before I make it. So just recently, when a friend from church shared her Manicotti Recipe, I wanted to check it out. I actually made Manicotti for my husband when we first got married but it was hard to stuff and a pain to make so it’s been over 10 years since my last try. But when I saw her Easy Manicotti version, I was excited to try it on my family. So with the help of my Ozeri Stone Pan, we gave it a go.
Easy Manicotti:
1 Package Manicotti Shells
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
14 String Cheese
1# Ground Beef
1 (26 ounce) Jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Season & Brown Hamburger & Onion (I use Season Salt, Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, & Pepper).
While completing step 1, prepare the Manicotti Shells according to directions.
Spread 1/4 of the Jar of Spaghetti Sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Set aside.
Add the rest of the spaghetti sauce to the beef mixture and stir. Set aside.
Stuff one String Cheese into each Manicotti Shell.
Place noodles on top of the Spaghetti Sauce in the baking pan.
Top with remaining Meat/Sauce mixture.
Sprinkle Shredded Cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or till heated thoroughly throughout.
Then bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until top cheese is melted and browned.
Enjoy!

I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

This looks absolutely perfect for my family. My son is allergic to milk, so he wouldn’t be able to eat it, but he doesn’t mind having his own special meals (yet).

Can you believe that I have never had Manicotti before? I better make this soon!

I’ve never planned my meals out for a month either! I don’t know what I feel like making or eating more than a day or two in advance. I’ve never had manicotti with a mostly meat filling. This would probably suit my husband just fine!

I most definitely would love to try the Ozeri Easy Manicotti Recipe. I think it is a fine plate, of which it’s on my menu later next week.
