I received product from Quake Kare for my review. All opinions are my own.
The last few days, I have been looking at ways to prepare your family for an emergency situation. Today I would like to remind you to make sure you have first aid items in your emergency preparedness kit. Chances are, if you find yourself in a natural disaster or another emergency situation, you or someone you know are going to be injured. Having a supply of first aid items available, could save a life or provide comfort to someone hurt.
For my review, I received 2 Person Ultimate Deluxe Survival Kit from Quake Kare. This is a wonderful kit to have. It has a lot of the items necessary to support two people for up to 72 hours. Quake Kare suggest this kit for a small home or an apartment. It contains food, water, lighting, a radio, USB device charger, first-aid products, sanitizer, and shelter. (For more details please see website.)
ER (Emergency Ready) survival kits are designed by the experts. The included items were chosen because of their quality, ease of use, and extended shelf life. The 2 Person Ultimate Deluxe Survival Kit contains Coast Guard Approved food and water. They are guaranteed to last for 5 years, even in unfavorable conditions.
The best way you can get ready for an emergency is to have your kit well stocked, make a plan and stay informed as best as you can. I also think it’s important to share your plan with others. This way they will know where to look for you or how to be of assistant to you. We have also shared our plan with our young daughters. In an age appropriate manor, we have shown them where our supplies are, how to use them and how to contact our family and neighbors if they need to.
We obviously hope we never find ourselves in an emergency situation, but I am comforted in knowing we have prepared for one.
To order your 2 Person Ultimate Deluxe Survival Kit, please visit the Quake Kare website. You may also connect with them on facebook and twitter.
Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

Like Sue I also live in Cali, in the valley, but within walking distance of a police station, a fire station, and I’m a nurse so maybe I have a bit of a false sense that I’ll be OK. I have some stored provisions due to pouring over survival web sites and reading tons about it in the last few years. You have to prep a bit every week and keep at it, to make progress. I guess good advice for any goal! Thanks for the excellent review.
This is an excellent kit to keep in your home in case of an emergency!
