Upon unboxing, I was really impressed with how beautiful this Pressure Cooker was. Shiny, sleek, and sophisticated! It would look great left out on display when not in use.
For our first use, I made one of our favorite recipes that I had gotten from a friend
~Family Friendly Chili~:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 (12 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 can baked beans
Brown the hamburger and onion together. Then, place all ingredients into pressure cooker and set the chili function. Wait 2 hours. Open pressure cooker, stir, and enjoy!
We top our chili with sour cream and shredded cheese.
Overall, the Air & Water Pressure Cooker was easy to use and even easier to clean! The only thing I’d love to see them do is include more specific details about each setting and how long they take. Perhaps a nice chart in the manual would be great!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

I love my electric pressure cooker, but it has been hit or miss lately and I desperately need to replace it. My mom blew up a pressure cooker when I was a kid, it was funny/not funny and I have been scared to death of them since, but the electric ones are soooooooo nice.

This is a really nice cooker. My mother would love this for Christmas! Your chili looks delish!

I’am so glad I found this review because I have been really looking into getting a pressure cooker and I think this one sound awesome! Not to mention that your chili really looks delicious! And the fact that you just wait and open in 2 hrs to eat is amazing!! Awesome review!

I really like enjoying the delicious dishes coming from different countries in the world. I’m particularly keen on the recipe make of chili. In addition, cooking with a pressure cooker is quite interesting idea I should try on this Christmas day.

This looks pretty user friendly. It’s interesting how pressure cookers have made a comeback. I know when you mention a pressure cooker to the older generation, you hear the horror stories about them blowing up. Apparently, these new ones are much easier to use and have many safeguards so you’re not going to have a Three Mile Island incident in your kitchen. Does anyone know the difference between these and instapots?

To make the burger we have used beef shoulder, the right mix of meat and fat. If you prefer you can add pork sausage or aromatize them with paprika or aromatic herbs.
