Correct humidity is extremely important in homes.  Not only does it affect people, it also affects our belongings and other things.  Honeywell and Dr. Ted Myatt have done research and discovered that many household items are effected by humidity.  Because the relative humidity levels can drop as low as 10% (which is as dry as the Sahara Desert!), it’s important to add moisture to the air.  Here are just a few of the top household things that are effected:
