Thank you to Scholastic for providing me with product, free of charge, in exchange for this blog post. All opinions are 100% my own.
Years ago, when I was back in school, there was nothing more exciting than seeing the Scholastic posters on the walls in the hallway letting us know it was going to be Book Fair Time! I have always been a big book worm but even my sister, who didn’t much care for reading enjoyed the Scholastic Book Fair! They offer such a great variety of books, accessories, and other learning tools that we could spend hours there trying to decide what to buy. Now that I have children of my own, I still turn to Scholastic so I knew they would be a great addition to our 2015 Holiday Gift Guide. Here are a couple of my top picks:
If You’re A Robot & You Know It
This song book gives a fun twist to the classic “Happy And You Know It” tune. Join the robots as you sing and act out clapping your hands, shooting your laser beams, and more. Each page offers a pull tab to for children to gently pull that offers real live action from the robot! The final page has a large pop-up for a grand finale’ HEY! Children love these types of books as they make the reading experience more interactive and fun. Truly a great book!
Walter Wick ~ HEY, SEYMOUR! ~ A Search & Find Fold-Out Adventure
This over-sized hardcover book offers loads of fun. Each page sports a fold-out flap and list of things to search for among the pages. Join Seymour as well as meet his dog, Buttons, as you flip through this search and find adventure book. Kids love hide and seek and this great book offers a fun version that children can play anywhere!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
