I was sent SwaddleSures for inclusion in my holiday gift guide. All opinions are my own.
One of the items i’m getting my 1 month old nephew Royce for Christmas is the SwaddleSure by Halo. The SwaddleSure is a wearable blanket that goes over regular pajamas to take the place of loose blankets. Wearable blankets are safer for babies than loose blankets, but the SwaddleSure has benefits over most other wearable blankets. The SwaddleSure is designed to not just keep your little one warm without the use of blankets, but it also swaddles your little one to keep them feeling safe and snug. It comes in two sizes, newborn for 6-12 pound babies and small for 13-16 pound babies. It has a patented three point fastening system that helps resist breakouts even for wiggly babies. There is a generously sized swaddle wrap that lets you adjust the fasteners to achieve a perfect and snug fit for your baby as they grow. The pouch (feet/leg area) is roomy to allow for healthy hip development and it also makes nighttime diaper changes easier because it has easy access. The SwaddleSure’s come with a “back is best” embroidery to remind everyone who cares for your little one that putting them to bed on their back is safest.
The SwaddleSure is easy to put on your baby. The feet area stays in a pouch, so you lay your baby in the middle of the SwaddleSure with their feet tucked into the pouch. Then pull the ‘wings’ up over your baby’s center, they secure to each other with velcro strips that run horizontally making them adjustable to your baby’s size. Then over top of the secured wings are an additional fastener to keep the arms snug in place. The last step is drawing the bottom of the foot pouch up to about where baby’s belly is to secure to the rest of the SwaddleSure.

I know so many moms that love the Halo brand but I’ve never seen diagrams on how to use them like shown. I love how they remind people that Back is Best for sleeping. The print varieties are cute too!
