Thank you to Cooks Innovations for providing me with product in exchange for review. All opinions are mine.

Kitchen Gadgets, who doesn’t need an extra hand in the kitchen? The hard part when it comes to kitchen gadgets is choosing the ones you really need, to avoid clutter you don’t. I myself used to think I needed every kitchen gadget because they all worked and all made life easier. When I got my own kitchen in my own house, that thought changed. I began to realize that while some of these kitchen gadgets did indeed help complete a job the cleanup required after was never worth the hassle. The kitchen gadgets I’m sharing with you today from Cook’s Innovations are some I really find worth the time and money. Lets begin shall we?

Butter dishes, they take up valuable counter space, not to mention I’ve read somewhere that if you butter isn’t air sealed that it can actually absorb other flavors nearby it, in turn changing your butter’s flavor. On top of those issues theres mess, no matter how hard you try butter gets on the outside of the dish, all over the inside, and then it’s a greasy dish no one wants to touch anymore. What if you don’t have a butter dish for all previously mentioned reasons? Are you doomed to cold butter that doesn’t spread and ruins lightly toasted breads!? Cooks Innovations has a solution to all of those butter woes.

Cooks Innovations review

The Butter Mill from Cooks Innovations stores inside the fridge, I know what you’re thinking, cold toast ruining butter, WRONG! Let me show you how this little gadget works! After opening the grater lid, you can see the compartment for butter. A typical stick will need to be cut in half and set inside side by side, a european style stick will need to be cut in half with half reserved for next time.

Once butter is placed in the compartment, you reapply the lid and turn the bottom. Within a couple turns you have thinly grated butter. Easily Spreadable!

A quick swipe of a knife to remove the butter shavings then spread on any butter loving food you have!

Cooks Innovations review

Cook’s Innovations has come up with easy solutions for dreaded garlic mincing as well! Now if you go online you can probably find tons of garlic peeling hacks most involving two bowls and vigorous shaking. Now I have tried this bowl method but found that I was then left with two sticky garlicky bowls I needed to clean, no thank you. Welcome into your life the Grater Plate Set.

Cooks Innovations review

The Grater Plate Set includes a silicone garlic peeler, a grater plate and a kitchen brush. This peeler is the easiest garlic peeling method I have ever used, took only a couple rolls of the palm and each clove was clean as a whistle. A quick rinse under water and clean up was done.

Cooks Innovations review

The grater plate can be used for garlic, chocolate, hard cheese varieties and more. As you can see in the picture below there are spiraled teeth like things on the surface of the plate. Upon feeling i thought that they might not be sharp enough to really grate the garlic. Boy was I wrong, the garlic pulverized.

Cooks Innovations review

It took almost no pressure to get the garlic into a paste like consistency as you can see below. This garlic paste was perfect for herbed butter I made right after!

The Zip whisk is easily the best thing to replace your old whisk with. Not only can you use traditional stir whisk methods with it but it features the ability to push up and down on the handle to turn the whisk. The Zip Whisk makes the fluffiest scrambled eggs and homemade mayo is a snap!

I LOVE thee one that does the butter. I use a butter bell but oftentimes as cold as it is the butter isnt really spreadable. I like how this comes out grated, and spreadble right away. This is very clever!

What a great kitchen appliance! It’d be great for serving butter neatly, and it probably helps with portion control too!

I like the grater plate set and the garlic peeler–both very much needed in my kitchen. I hate cleaning some of my gadgets like these but here they do they pretty easy to operate and clean.

That butter keeper is pure genius! I don’t know how many times gold butter has ruined my bread or toast. I often cut off too much butter, too. This would solve those problems. I love kitchen gadgets that really solve problems!
