I just recently learned that March is celebrated at National Nutrition Month.  Even though many New Year’s Resolutions may be fading away about this time…. I can’t even remember if I made one for this year even, I still try to offer some delicious and healthy snacks for my family.

We’ve been enjoying Justin’s products for a couple years now and everything we’ve tried has been delicious!  I especially love their Mini Peanut Butter Cups for an after meal mini-dessert.  In addition, Justin’s also offers a great line of Nut Butter Flavors including:

I love that Justin’s delicious products are created with high quality ingredients and also boast being Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and GMO Free while also being certified Kosher.  They utilize Palm Fruit Oil as a healthy and delicious alternative to, the commonly used  in many products, hydrogenated oils.

Justin’s website offers some delicious recipe ideas such as their Nutty Overnight Oats and Thai Peanut Pasta Salad as well as a variety of other options.  However, the kids and I decided to go for a simple delicious dessert this time instead: Thumbprint Cookies!  Since we were going for easy, we utilized a boxed mix for the Shortbread Cookie Base and topped with Justin’s Hazelnut Butter in half and jam for the rest!  I loved how simple the entire process was and the kids had a blast helping.

As I mentioned above, we love Justin’s products.  So every time I visit my local Target, I stock up!
