One of my biggest pet peeves is a dark room/area. When we moved into our home, we made sure to add additional lighting in the living room, bathrooms, and entry way because of my preference. It’s not that I don’t like being in the dark, I just want the option for some great lighting in case I want to read, play a game, or work on something. If I’m squinting and trying to see through shadows, I tend to get a headache, so adequate lighting really aids in preventing that.
The OxyLED Bright Portable LED Light is a multi-functional lamp that offers a unique and fun style. The first thing I want to note is the fact that it’s cordless! The lamp easily recharges at my computer station with the included USB cord but, once charged, I can move it anywhere! Once it’s fully charged, the indicator turns blue letting me know the light is ready. (Full charge takes about 5 hours and running time is about 5 hours on high up to 100 hours on the lowest setting.) The light turns on and off at just a simple touch of the sensor buttons and also includes the option for adjusting dimness.
I love the retractable belt on the base of the light as it offers simple portability as well as the option to hang from a variety of places with ease. Created to be impact resistant and shatter proof, this is truly a great light that the whole family loves. It’s perfect for bedtime reading, sitting at the desk working, as a nightlight, and more.
The second product I received is the OxyLED D01 4 in 1 Wireless DoorBell Kit. We had been looking to pick up a bell for the door on our garage as many people go to that as opposed to our front door since they are both located on the same side of the house. This doorbell kit comes with a easy push button control for outside and a door chime. There are 36 great sound options and 3 volume levels. I love the fact that no screws are needed to install as the simple stick back allows for hanging anywhere.
One great feature to note about this Doorbell Kit is that it encompasses 4 mode settings including:
- Off/Regular Mode: This allows for typical doorbell usage mode.
- Alarm Mode: When a person is within 2-5 meters of the base, the alarm will sound alerting that someone is inside.
- LED Mode: In this mode, the LED will light up whenever a person is detected within 2-5 meters.
- Extra: The doorbell button can be utilized as an emergency flashlight when in LED mode and removed off the wall.
Overall, another great product! My husband was especially impressed with everything this 4 in 1 Wireless Doorbell Kit can do and the kids really like all the fun sound options. This would be especially great for renters since it’s wireless and no screws necessary but we have new siding so we are thrilled with these features as well!

thanks for the review. i have been looking for some sort of doorbell system. I am a renter of a small house. People knock like i live in a mansion and might be in the backyard! 🙂 scares the crap out of me! I will look into this as an option!

This is the coolest lamp ever! I love that it’s cordless and charges via USB, that is an awesome feature! There are many times that I wish I could have more light in a particular room without having to plug in a lamp. I love the look of it as well! 🙂

I like the lamp and would love to have one in several different rooms. I would like to have one for my nightstand. When I get up at night, I always step on the dog because he sleeps beside my bed. I am very impressed with the doorbell kit. I love the alarm mode and would find that very useful. We have had problems with people trying to come in at night and the alarm mode would warn us beforehand.

I could use both since I don’t have a doorbell and really just use one main light in my living room. It would also be great for my bedroom since I only have a small lamp in there. I love that it’s cordless as well.

What great products! I would love this lamp! This would be perfect for a reading lamp in our daughter’s bedroom or my bedside where we don’t have convenient plugs. I think it’s really smart looking, too!
