I think most people know that chocolate is a way into the hearts of many. I know that as a mom myself there are just sometimes a piece of chocolate can really soothe my stressors. While I do enjoy the occasional single piece of chocolate I really like more of an experience! Godiva has so many chocolate experiences to choose from. From assorted dark chocolate truffles, to assortment ballotins, even chocolate covered pretzels Godiva has the perfect gift for any chocolate loving mom on your list.

I received 36 piece Gold Ballotin in the theme of spring as well as two dark chocolate truffle flights. I chose to travel with these chocolates on vacation to the sunny beaches of Florida. Not only did these chocolates hold up beautifully in the weather they tasted amazing. My husband and I had planned to enjoy the whole box shared together in one beautiful beach sunset. We were mistaken about this plan, unlike lower quality chocolate assortments this one was rich, full of flavor and decadently smooth. We found ourselves only able to enjoy 3-4 pieces shared each night. So our chocolate experience turned out to last the whole vacation and then some which turned out to be perfect. Each night we enjoyed a chocolate of a new variety and really took in our senses around us. These chocolates and the tasting experience was the perfect cherry to add onto our night each night.

The Dark chocolate flights we chose to share and indulge with our kids, they loved them and again were satisfied with a smaller amount of chocolate versus lower quality chocolates being consumed quickly. Godiva has spent time developing their products and when tasting you really can tell. If you have a mom or wife that loves chocolate don’t hesitate to spend the extra money on quality chocolates like Godiva and who knows maybe she’ll share with you!
