For my review, I received a variety of Quinoa Meals in Artichoke Roasted Piquillo, Basil, Spicy Jalapeno & Roasted Peppers and Mango Jalapeno. I also received a Formaggio Pasta Sauce, Basil Pesto, Artichoke Pesto, Piquillo & Artichoke Bruschetta and Artichoke Bruschetta.
Oh My Goodness! The Quinoa Meals are delicious! They are Preservative Free, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, and Vegan-Friendly. I love these. Each cup is an individual meal. You can eat it straight from the cup or warm in up and then enjoy it. Each cup comes with a convent travel spoon. The Quinoa Meals are perfect for tossing in your school bag or taking to the office. I like to mix mine with fresh greens from our garden.
Formaggio Pasta Sauce is a tasty way to dress-up your favorite pasta. This delicious sauce is made with tomatoes, ricotta cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Just heat the sauce and pour it over your favorite cooked pasta. Add grilled veggies and you have a nutritious family meal.
Pesto sauce combines crushed garlic, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, and cheese. Traditionally Pesto sauce is served with pasta and it is delicious, but I like to think outside the box. I love serving a bean salad made with pesto. I mix black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), sundried tomatoes, and pesto. My family loves this dish!
Bruschetta is typically made with savory ingredients chopped into small pieces, mixed with cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and vinegar. It is usually served on top of crusty artesian bread as an appetizer. I take it one step further, we like it in our grilled panini sandwiches. Yummy.
