Doodling has been around for ages. Back in the “old days” we used to doodle and draw on scraps of paper all the time! Our notebooks were fair game for whatever bit of art we were currently inspired by. It was a past time that I loved and I know I wasn’t alone. Almost every paper, quiz, or test has some sort of doodle. I remember in 6th grade, back when we sat in our “pod groups”, a boy taught me how to draw a pretty cute dog face. In 7th grade, I still remember learning how to draw a spunky looking girl from a friend. (Many years later, both of these are still my go-to pieces of art when the kids and I draw with chalk on the cement outside!) However, times have changed. So many things are more high tech or digital. Doodling has not been left in the dust either! There’s a fun new way to doodle every day. Enter: the Magic Sketch!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

I think this is a much better option than the heavy Etch A Sketches I remember. I remember struggling with just shaking them to clear off the screen, lol. These are much lighter looking and fun colors.
