Light is something that I know I take for granted. I love walking into the house and flipping on the light switches to illuminate a room. I actually really dislike dark rooms so we have multiple light sources in many of our rooms too. However, not every country and home is blessed with this same modern day technology convenience. There is an astounding 1.6 billion people who actually do not have access to safe and sustainable lighting! Thankfully, there are people and companies out there trying to help.
Sending a big thank you to Solight Design for providing me with two SolarPuff lights!
The SolarPuff Lights from Solight Design offers customers a way to help. These will be great for lining my walkway.

I learned there are 1.6 million people in the world with no electricity. Here, many of us take it for granted. How often we leave lights on when it is unnecessary like overnight and when we’re not home. This sure made me more appreciative of my electricity.

I love companies who give back! These would actually make unique and awesome holiday gifts!

These lights are so pretty and unique!! Almost magical in their own way!! I love that they are solar charged 🙂

I have one solar light somewhat like this that I keep for emergencies. These are cute little puffs and always a good idea to have an alternate light source.

Awesome lights. They would be great in a black out. I love that they are solar lights.

I still can’t believe in today’s world that there is still people without electricity, it’s so nice that people like you and companies like these are trying to make a huge difference in peoples lives even if it’s something so simple as light for night, well done.

These look so awesome. I learned that The SolarPuff™ is a U.S. patented product comprised of four (4) main components: (1) a solar panel that captures photons from sunlight; (2) a rechargeable internal lithium ion battery that stores power; (3) LED bulbs that produce the light and (4) PET material that is specially architected to inflate into a cube. I also learned that the PET material is recyclable and not made of toxic PVC like other inflatable solar lamps in the market.

This has a rechargeable battery which could really come into use. I could see myself using these. They are attractive and very useful.
