At the beginning of my pregnancy with my daughter I was so sure that I was having a boy – I didn’t know what the gender was, but I just had this feeling. We decided to find out the baby’s gender at our twenty week ultrasound. When the ultrasound technician announced “It’s a Girl” I was so surprised that I had her check twice! I would have been perfectly happy with a baby of either gender that was healthy, but I have to admit that I was truly elated that I was having a little girl. I had visions of pink bows and frills dancing in my head from the moment I found out we were expecting a girl.
