I was sent product from The Hair Bow Company. I was compensated for inclusion in my gift guide. All opinions are my own.
I could spend hours hopping from one boutique website to the next when looking for gifts for the kids in my life. Boutiques often offer adorable clothing and accessories for kids that are unlike anything you can find in a department store. The biggest downside to boutiques websites is the price.
The Hair Bow Company started as a website offering hair bows at great prices. Over the years they have expanded to include clothing, hats and other boutique type gifts for kids – and even some items for teens or adults! They offer wholesale prices to individuals so you can purchase just what you need but get a great price. Plus, unlike many websites that offer wholesale prices, it doesn’t take forever for items to ship from The Hair Bow Boutique. They are based in Texas and ship in 1-5 days depending on the order volume at the time that you order.
I was really impressed with how much product I was able to get for the price. I chose 7 items and my order total was about $57!
I have a 6-year-old nephew who loves to play pretend. I chose the red/blue two-tone super hero cape which is just $8.99. I love how this cape is available in a wide range of colors, including some that are “girly”. Girls need capes too!
For my 3-year-old tutu-loving niece I picked out a Gold Polka Dot Basic Girls Tutu. These tutus have gold dots on them and come in various colors of tulle. They are designed to fit most girls ages 2-8 years and sell for just $3.99 each!
My oldest niece got married this summer, and she recently found out she’s pregnant. It’s too early to determine the gender but I have a gut feeling that it’s a girl. I know she loves grey chevron so I couldn’t pass up this grey, white and pink chevron minky baby blanket. I have an adult sized minky throw blanket that I absolutely adore. It’s been washed dozens of times over the years and I use it daily and it’s still so soft. Nothing compares to minky in my opinion! So I thought it was worth the ‘risk’ of the baby being a boy. If it does I will hold onto it until someone else has a girl. This blanket sells for $11.99 which is a serious bargain for minky. Minky blankets are usually pretty pricey!
For my 3-year-old niece Kelsie I picked out a princess tiara. This is just .79 cents! At this price they would be perfect for including in birthday party goodie bags, as stocking stuffers or just about any occasion. I couldn’t believe the price on this one. You can’t get much for under $1 anymore!
For Kelsie I also chose a “mouse hat”. Kelsie is a fan of a certain cartoon mouse. This hat has the bow available in blue or pink. Here in Michigan wearing a hat is an absolute must for about 3-4 months in a row so having a hat that kids enjoy and associate with their favorite characters can make winter a bit less painless if they enjoy wearing their hat. This hat sells for $5.99 and is aimed at kids ages 1-4.
When my 6-year-old nephew Drew was about a year old I got him a sock money hat. He now has a baby brother who just turned 1. I was so excited to come across the sock monkey hat on The Hair Bow Company website. I can’t wait to get a picture of Royce in his hat to put up against one of his older brother Drew in his sock money hat. The hat is aimed at kids roughly ages 1-4 and sells for just $5.99. It’s available in grey and red, grey with pink or grey with rainbow!
My last pick was this really fun shark attack blanket. It’s minky material which is usually pretty expensive, so this blanket being $19.99 is a bargain. It is a really cute shark design that allows kids to crawl into the shark’s mouth. Once inside the blanket it looks as if the child is being eaten by the shark. These blankets are generously sized so they can accommodate most kids ages 3 to 12.
Overall I am really happy with how cute and well made everything is for the price. They have a massive selection of hair accessories from bows to clips to headbands and more. Much of what they sell would be perfect as stocking stuffers and the prices are awesome.
Win it: A $20 gift card to The Hair Bow Company. Keep in mind how reasonable their prices are. Every single item I was sent is under $20!

I know this sounds weird, but my cat would look so good in a tiara! And no, I don’t have children!

The Shark Attack Blanket is my favorite and forgot I had it on my wish list. It’s a great price for a Christmas present.

My friend had a daughter after 3 boys and loves to dress her with bows.
Don’t they have the most darling items for kids. I think my grandson would love a cape, too.
