I was sent a Cheryl’s Cookies Tin for review. All opinions are my own.
I don’t like chocolate. From the time I was a little kid, I just have not cared for the taste. I can tolerate a few things that have chocolate included, such as chocolate chips that go light on the chips. Or chocolate with peanut butter candy that goes really heavy on the peanut butter and light on the chocolate. Otherwise I stay really clear of chocolate. This makes Valentine’s day tough for Ryan. So much valentine’s day candy is chocolate!
Cheryl’s Cookies offers cookie tins and gift baskets in a wide range of cookie options. I love soft, frosted cookies so I was excited to test out the Owl You Need Is Love cookie gift tin.You can choose between 11 different types of cookies for your tin. You can have all of the cookies in the same type, or mix and match how you choose. I opted to have all 12 cookies sent in the Frosted Pink Heart variety.
The frosted pink heart cookies are soft, and come individually packaged making this gift set ideal for sharing even at a party or school event. They are generously sized, roughly the size of my palm each. I loved how soft and sweet each cookie was. The buttercream frosting tastes great, too.
I like to treat myself for special occasions, although I am a calorie counter. I like how each cookie comes with nutritional information on its package so you know how much you are consuming. This lets me splurge in a calculated way!
The Owl You Need Is Love label is printed on cardboard and can be removed from the tin. The tin itself is solid red and says Cheryl’s. It’s sturdy so I plan to repurpose it though I’m not sure how yet. I have thought about using it for my hair accessories, or perhaps for holding my nail polish. It’s definitely sturdy enough to be reused which is a fun bonus in my view.
You can choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your own. If you have a long distance spouse, family member or even child you can let them know you are thinking of them on Valentine’s day through a special delivery. Or put in your spouses work address to have it delivered on a workday! Who doesn’t love a surprise at work?

This is really a clever idea! I especially like that the cookies are wrapped individually.
