I absolutely adore hoods on my kids’ clothing. Not only do I find that look really cute, hoods are practical too! So when I kept seeing this company called Purl Lamb show up on my Facebook news feed and sidebar ads, I just had to check them out. When I visited their site, I fell head over heals for their adorable Hoodie and Sweats Collections but they were so popular that by the time I checked them out, the size I needed was all sold out. (You can bet I’ll be watching for their new collections come Fall!) Thankfully, they have just released their new Spring Lines and I was thrilled to partner with them for this review but check out the cuteness from their Fall line first!
A spin off on the classic sweats, Purl Lamb designs feature comfortable organic material and is made with organic dyes and processes. Plus, it’s also great to know that Purl Lamb pieces are ethically made by Fair trade artisans. All Purl Lamb trade mark designs are one-of-a-kind, original, and are perfect at capturing the fun spirit of childhood. But once they’re gone, they are gone!
From Purl Lamb’s new line, I was sent the Stella Jumperoo which has a light pink background and features a variety of different sized sketchy-style green stars over it.
One thing that surprised me but I think is really adorable is the fact that the hood is lined with material sporting the Purl Lamb mascot, which is a sweet looking blue sheep.
Did I mention that the hood lets kids sport adorable little ears!?!
This Jumperoo is sleeveless and shorts style which is a great addition to our daughter’s wardrobe as we make our way out of Winter and into the Spring and Summer seasons. It’s lightweight and still cozy and can be layered for those cooler days that still crop up.
Overall, I am really impressed with the designs and quality offered by Purl Lamb. Plus, a portion of each purchase is donated to orphans around the world and, because the creator behind Purl Lamb is a follower of Christ, the tag features the Bible verse John 3:16!

I love these! Ears on hoods are super cute, and the colors are really nice. I like the jumper you features, it is darling.
The clothes are really cute. I like they donate part of the sale to help others. It makes it a double good purchase. I like the contrasting inner hood with the outside.
