Thank you to BFree Foods for providing me with products in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
My daughters and I try to eat gluten-free when possible. We don’t have any food allergies, we just have noticed that we physically and mentally feel better when we have little to no gluten in our diets.
Recently, I was asked to review BFree Foods Wheat and Gluten Free Breads. I did some research and found that BFree breads are free from ALL major allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. They are made with non-GMO ingredients and are vegan-friendly. BFree bread sounded like a great fit for us, so I jumped at the opportunity. For our review, we were sent a generous collection of BFree bread including loaves, rolls, bagels, and wraps.
My daughters and I got to work “testing” right away. We used BFree Pita Bread, garden fresh mustard greens, and tuna salad mix to make a tasty sandwich. We also used the BFree Sweet Potato Wrap, turkey lunch meat, cream cheese, and garden fresh greens to make a fun pinwheel. Both of these sandwiches were a hit!
The week after we received our BFree breads, my daughters were returning to school. I decided to use BFree breads to make school breakfast/ lunch entrees that could be frozen at home and reheated at school. I used the Multiseed Bagels with sausage patties and baked farm fresh eggs to make a sandwich. After that, I took the Multigrain Wrap and filled them with farm fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, and homemade salsa. I folded them into small burritos. Because I was planning on freezing these items, I wrapped them in parchment paper before sealing them in freezer safe bags. My daughters pack their school lunches the night before. This gives the sandwiches time to thaw (in the refrigerator) before lunch the next day. The girls said they warm the sandwiches in the school microwave for approx 40 seconds. They have told me that they are delicious and enjoy having a homemade healthy lunch.
We are very happy with our BFree breads. They taste amazing and have a wonderful texture. In fact, if you hadn’t been told they were gluten-free, you would never know. I will for sure look for this brand next time I am shopping.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

My Mom has to eat gluten free due to celiac disease. I don’t know if she has tried this brand. She definitely says some brands are better than others.

I would love to find this brand in stores. We also try to eat gluten free, but the products are typically subpar. It’ be awesome if these could be a good substitute.

I have not tried eating gluten free, but my hubby has been having a lot of issues over time. It might be something I’ll try to see if it makes a difference for him.
Do you cook your eggs and then freeze them? -
Wow two of my older kids are vegan I’m gonna look for this in the stores
I agree that a gluten free diet makes you just feel better overall…even if you have no medical reason for doing it! I’m always open to trying gluten free foods that have a good texture and flavor so I will have to look for these in my area!
