Safari LTD sent animal figurines for inclusion in my gift guide. All opinions are my own.

I first discovered the Safari LTD brand of animal figurines when my nephew had gotten really attached to my dad’s (his grandpas) cows. There were three and he knew them all by name and talked about them frequently. I decided I wanted to get him little figurines that resembled the three cows for his birthday. I expected the Hereford to be the hardest to find so I typed that in, and up came the Safari LTD brand. When the cow figurines came I was impressed with how detailed they were. My nephew recognized them as being just like the ones at Papa’s like I had hoped. I’ve been a fan ever since.

My niece is 11 and has never been one to play with dolls, although she likes to play pretend. Her go-to toys have always been animal figurines of various sizes. She has some that are only an inch or two in size each, on up to quite a bit bigger. She’s gone through phases of different types of animals, but recently she’s been primarily interested in wolves, and various types of large cats.

This year I am giving her the Safari LTD Wildlife Wonders Jaguar and Wildlife Wonders Florida Panther. These figures are both pretty large and nicely detailed. The panther is 9″ long and the Jaguar is 10 1/4″ long! The quality and detail are really impressive on both. I am sure she will be excited to add these to her animal figurine collection.

We were also sent Bernie the alligator which is the Safari LTD mascot! Another popular item from Safari LTD are their Toobs. These are long plastic containers that contain several figurines with various themes. I was sent the friendly fairies super toob which includes 12 fairy themed figurines. The toobs would be great as stocking stuffers!
