I was sent a Simply Chocolate gift basket for review. All opinions are my own.
We all have a family member or two who we find difficult to shop for. I have a few in my life who live fairly simple lives, and have few hobbies. For people who prefer living life with just the essential items, gift giving can be tough! In the past, I have resorted to giving a gift card but that always feels a little detached to me. The last few years, I’ve went with dessert related gifts! Everyone can enjoy sweets, and people who prefer to keep their belongings to a minimum will be pleased as well.
Simply Chocolate is a website that offers dessert or treat themed gift baskets focused on chocolate. Of course, for many people, chocolate is one of their favorite foods, so it’s easy to find a basket that will please the person on your list.
I was sent the Simply Chocolate Celebrate The Season gift basket. Everything included is chocolate themed, but there is so much variety that it all feels unique. The chocolate Christmas tree makes it feel really festive, as do the green/red striped chocolate pretzels. Ryan loved the chocolate covered OREO cookies. Chocolate covered cherries, cookies and creme white chocolate grahams, peppermint bark, and chocolate bridge mix are also included. We enjoyed everything included, the quality was great. It was packaged nicely for gift giving. The woven basket that it comes with can easily be repurposed to store items of your choosing.
This gift set would also be great for sitting out on the table during a holiday gathering, to let everyone pick and choose their favorite treat to snack on. If this one isn’t quite your style, check out the Simply Chocolate website for dozens of other options. You can choose from categories like boxed chocolates, chocolate and wine, chocolate snacks, chocolate covered fruit and more.

You talk alot about the look/appearance but very little on how does it taste? Did others like the taste of more than the Oreo cookies (we kind of know Oreos taste good). These comments would be helpful.
This looks amazing! I would have a hard time sharing this. 😉 This would be great for a date night in.
