Thank you to Learning Resources for sending product in exchange for my honest opinion in this review.
At two years old, our daughter loves to play pretend. She is starting to talk up a storm now and it is so fun to hear her chat and play. She has such a great imagination! Today I am happy to partner with Learning Resources to showcase their Serve It Up Play Restaurant.
This kit includes 36 pieces of fun. Play food, plates, drinks, placemats, play money, an order pad, and a pretend menu are all included. The order pad and place mats are wipe-clean. A writing utensil wasn’t included, so I got out a whiteboard marker to use, which worked great.
My daughter and I are having fun choosing foods off the menu and taking turns serving the food to each other. We are working on manners, as well as naming items and identifying colors. You can also work with your children to learn how to order off of a menu, how to pay the check at the end of the meal, and how to set the table for dinner. When she gets a little older, this will be a fun set to work on counting money too.
This kit is designed for kids ages three and up, but with supervision, we have had no problem. I could see how the play coins could be a choking hazard for younger kids.
The quality of this set is really impressive. This is the first Learning Resources kit that we have ever tried and we are very happy with the detail on all of the items. The food looks good enough to eat and the money is quite realistic too.

What a clever idea, and it is a fun way to learn and play along with your child! This is the first I’ve seen the Serve It Up Play Restaurant. Nice it will still be good for learning when she gets a little older, too.

I love toys that are interactive, hands-on to help kids learn! I think most of us had plastic foods to play with. I love the addition of the healthy eating placemat so kids can see early what are healthy foods!

My grandsons love playing with play food! This looks like a fun set for them. I love how realistic it is!
I really like this. I also shows how to set the table. It tells them you have to pay for what you eat. Thank you for the review.
