All throughout Texas, there are multiple golf courses that are absolutely stunning. San Antonio, Dallas, Lubbock, and specifically Austin are some of the homes to these spectacular greens. The course, the weather, the service, and the price are all reasons why people choose to buy golf course memberships at the golf clubs they do. However, Austin is home to some of the most beautiful golf courses in the state of Texas. Unlike other places in Texas, memberships in Austin tend to be very affordable and worth every penny. In this article, we’re going to be breaking down several memberships in the Austin area and why Avery Ranch Golf stands above the rest. Let’s get started!

1. Vaaler Creek Golf Club
The Vaaler Creek Golf Club is a great option due to its overall layout. Actually, it’s one of Austin’s newest golfing communities. The course features well placed bunkers as well as spectacular water features. This creates both a challenging and relaxing atmosphere for the golfers. As far as memberships are concerned, it costs $1,500 annually for an individual and $2,400 annually for a family. As you can see, this is a bit on the pricey side. However, you get what you pay for. Vaaler Creek Golf Club is a great example of that phrase.

2. The Golf Club at Star Ranch
The Golf Club at Star Ranch has many great qualities that people love about it. One, the golf course is all inclusive. Another thing that people enjoy is how well the 18 hole course was designed. Whether you want to kick back and relax in the clubhouse or go swing some clubs on the green, the Golf Club at Star Ranch is a great option. This golf club offers a few memberships with the cheapest being $54 plus tax and the most expensive one being $2,200 plus tax.

3. Delaware Springs Golf Course
This professionally engineered golf course features an 18-hole championship course that challenges both new and experienced golfers. With the strategic placement of both the water hazards and the sand traps, the course will leave you wanting to come back and improve your score. An individual membership at this golf course costs an annual rate of $1,082. For the quality you are receiving in return, this isn’t a bad deal at all.

4. Avery Ranch Golf Club
The Avery Ranch Golf Club features natural limestone caverns, oak trees, rolling hills, and beautiful streams that make it unique to any other golf course in the area. No other golf course memberships near me can compare with what Avery Golf Club has to offer. In fact, the course was rated as the top luxury course in central Texas. Despite the qualities of all the other golf courses, the Avery Ranch Golf Club is the best choice by far. This is because your membership goes way farther than any other golf course in the area. The membership includes 36 holes of premiere golf as well as 2 driving ranges and practice areas. The membership also includes free range balls, free golf carts, and no green fees. What a value! You also have the opportunity to take advantage of member happy hours as well as member appreciation parties. In fact, some deals are included all day like the twilight and the super twilight. This deal includes 1 draft beer or one fountain drink. In the end, you can’t beat the membership that Avery Ranch Golf Club has to offer.

Overall, no other golf course in central Texas can compare to Avery Ranch Golf Club. The course
has superior qualities that no other course in the surrounding area can beat.

I remember seeing some of the beautiful golf courses when I lived in Texas. I’ve never played golf.

My husband golfs now and h= then, and would likely love to play on any of them. It is amazing what all they offer. Texas being warmer would have a good long season to play, and almost could be played all year. I know some people chomping at the bit for the courses here to open!

  • I don’t play golf but I would still love to see these beautiful places. I just love looking at really nicely kept landscapes.

What an awesome post, as I live in the Dallas, Texas area! It is always nice to have references, although I do not usually play myself. I have friends who do though. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙂
