I love toys that are not electronic – and that help foster our daughter’s imagination. At two and a half, she loves to play pretend. I was happy to partner with A Mustard Seed Toys to check out their canvas kids teepee and teepee lights.

As you can see from the photos, my daughter has used and enjoyed this teepee both inside and outside. It is made of thick canvas and is very durable. It comes in a variety of colors and cute designs. Putting together the tent was a breeze. I am admittedly not the best at putting things together, but this was super easy and took me just minutes to finish! I first put the tent together and we played with it without the lights, then added the lights later, so I had to pull the poles out and add the lights. I will say that putting the poles back in through the canvas slots with the lights attached was a little tricky, but once I got them in, it was worth it. They give off such a pretty glow in the evening. The teepee measures five feet high and four feet wide. It has plenty of space for both my daughter and I to sit in it at the same time. It has easy to open and close window and door flaps. They either velcro shut or can be tied open. There is a pocket below the window on the inside of the teepee for little ones to store toys and treasures. The tent is sturdy when put together but is lightweight when taken apart. It is easy to fit back into the included carrying bag to be stored or taken with you.
