Have never saw Stargazer cast iron before, big fan of cast iron. Really like the style of this pan and the rim, oh yes. I need to look into this line and see what else they have
I love the idea of using cast iron but always struggled with how much food was left sticking on the pan. Love the flavor of the food that you can get out of the pan, and it would be a great option to have a cast iron that food didn’t stick to. Will be exploring this exciting new option.
