I am a stay at home mother of two, who loves to create in every form, from cooking, to henna, to painting or sculpting, creating with my hands is my passion! I love to dance and let loose when the music flows right. Being outside is a special kind of therapy I think humans need more of as well as mindfulness! I love all things new and adventurous and am always looking to experience more of life 🙂

These are really great tips. I have never heard of this condition before but that is scary. I like the special bowl with ball idea.

Great information that can save a dogs life. My sister Bulldog died from it when a firework went off and she jumped up and fell. By the time they got to the ER it was to late to save her. Not everyone knows about it so it good to read it here and try to fix it before it can happen with the surgery.

Great Danes are such sweet animals. Their disposition is sweet and kind. These are wonderful tips for caring for Great Danes, when it comes to their diets.
I have friends with Danes. The tips you mentioned they use. They use special bowls to feed and feed more often. I do not think they have done the surgeries though. Great tips. some breeds are prone to this and it is good to do research.
