Thank you to Ubtech Robot for providing me product. All opinions are my own.
If you have a little technology lover in your family make sure to head over to UbtRobot.com and check out the many options of buildable and programmable robots. The Jimu line of robot kits is best suited for kids aged 8 and above. No matter what your little one is into Jimu line of robots has you covered from a mythical series which includes unicorns, and dragons to more traditional robots like the meebot.
Jimu Robot Kits keep things easy for the kids with the included interactive in-app instructions. Your little ones can go back and forth between instruction pages, identifying, rotating and connecting the correct pieces of the robot at the touch of a screen. With such detailed instructions very little of any adult assistance is needed at all.
The Jimu Robot Kits are full of free form play options. The included DC motor is fully adjustable allowing control over speed, and strength. Most kits include, an ultra sonic sensor, color sensor, LED lights, speaker, IR sensor, and robotic servo motors all combining to make each build move swiftly, accurately and articulated to the surroundings.
A rechargeable battery is a great feature within this toy as it eliminates the dead battery, dead toy scenario. A quick plug into the closest socket and the Jimu Robot Kits are back ready for more programmable action.
Once your little one tires of the initial build, there are more options within the app to build for most of the kits. After a few builds users are sure to start getting the hang of how things work and begin to develop robots out of their own imagination. Working through every step and fixing each mishap within their own build is sure to increase STEM education along the way.
There are so many choices from the Jimu Robotic Kit but if you have an older child or just someone who loves to play around with technology have them check out the fulll range of robotic offering from Ubtech here.
