Mothers Day may be past for this year but women still need to get adequate sleep to function. I have been thinking of a sleep mask lately. I find that any bit of light seems to wake me too early.

Going into spring/summer unwanted early light can be bothersome. I have never used a sleep mask before. Using a covering makes sense to enable you to get the sleep you need.
