Thank you to GreenAra for sending a Magnetic Dry Erase Board Set for review in exchange for my honest opinion.
Once in a while you find something that you didn’t know you needed before you got it. This set is one of those things. I worked with GreenAra this spring to review their Organic Cotton Nap Mat. This time, GreenAra wanted to showcase their newest product: Magnetic Dry Erase Whiteboards.
The set includes 30 reusable white boards with magnetic back, two fine tip dry erase markers with magnetic eraser caps and a magnetic dry eraser. These little white boards have multiple uses. You can use them instead of sticky notes at home or in the office. Leave notes for your children or significant other or use to write grocery or shopping lists. You could also use them for meal planning. At work you could use them for project management, as a planning board, in office meetings or brainstorming sessions. You can use them in place of flash cards for kids. They can also be used inside a locker or desk at school. Label or decorate your filing cabinet. My children love to draw on them and decorate the fridge or the dishwasher. They also work great to hold my childrens’ art work up on the fridge.
The magnets are strong. They adhere firmly to refrigerator doors, dishwasher doors, whiteboards and other metallic surfaces. The pens and eraser have built-in magnets so they can be kept close by. The boards are very slim (just 0.4 mm thick) which makes them very versatile. Super easy to clean and can be used over and over with no staining.
GreenAra has a focus on sustainability and being eco-smart. These magnetic white boards will help you stop using paper stickers and note pads and go reusable instead. Before the first use, the boards might be slightly curved due to the way they are manufactured (produced in rolls and then cut at the right size). They will flatten after a few minutes on a magnetic surface. I read this on the website but did not experience curved boards myself. The one only thing that I would say is that the markers are said to be red and black but with my eyes the red looks a lot more like pink (although in my photo above, it does look red, so maybe my eyes are just playing tricks on me!)
Tell me in the comments: What would you use these for in your home or office?
