I was sent a nadine west shipment for review. There are affiliate links in this post. All opinions are my own.

Nadine West is a fashion subscription service. When you sign up, you fill out a style profile to give them an idea of what you like to wear. This can include details like what colors you do and don’t like to wear, whether you wear certain accessories like bracelets or scarves, and if there are any parts of your body that you like to conceal.

They’ll ship you items to try on at home, and a prepaid return shipping label. You mail back anything you don’t want to keep, and you won’t be charged for the items that you return. It’s a great way to try on clothing at home before committing to purchasing. Sometimes Nadine West sends me items I wouldn’t typically try on, but I try them on because they were sent to me, and then I fall in love with the piece once I see it on. So it can be a really cool way to expand your sense of style.

My shipments have ranged from as few as 6 items, to as many as 15. This was a small shipment with just 6 items. After each shipment you get to rate each of the items you were sent and leave comments on why you gave that rating. There is also a space to leave general commentary. Last time I asked for more casual clothing for my next shipment. Let’s see what was included!

Nadine west dress

This is a thin black dress with a few mesh areas (the neck/shoulder and a strip towards the bottom). I think this dress looks okay on, I just am not really sure that I would really wear it. I mostly only wear casual sundresses in the summer, or dresses to family parties, weddings, funerals, etc but this is just a bit more formal than what I would really have the opportunity to wear I suppose. It is $29.99 to keep.

nadine west necklace

This necklace reminds me of the lockets that came on my diaries as a kid. Perhaps it’s because it was paired with this black dress, but it seems almost gothic to me? It’s just not quite my style. The necklace is $29.99 to keep.

Top and bottom were both sent in this shipment. I was excited to see some casual options! This is a thick, knitted sweater with a lace-up back. Here in Michigan winters are quite cold so I am a little unsure about the lace-up back of the sweater. I wish it were a solid sweater instead. It is soft and I like how it looks, though. It is $25.99 to keep.

The bottoms feel like leggings but have a real button and zipper fly, they also have real pockets. I’m not sure if that makes these jeggings or skinny jeans? Either way, they are very comfy and pass as jeans so I’m all about them! Major win. These are just $11.99, too!

nadine west pants

This is the same sweater reviewed above. These pants are sort of dressy looking, yet they feel like leggings and have a fleece lining! These might be really nice for someone who works in a cold climate, works in an office and wants to stay warm. For me, working at home, I just dont’ have use for dress pants or pseudo-dress pants. These are $21.99 to keep.

These are the leggings/skinny jeans reviewed higher up. This shirt, I thought looked cute when I first pulled it out of the bag. I’m all for a red v-neck t shirt. Unfortunately, it’s a really stretchy material and it’s clearly too small for me. This is quite rare in my experience. Typically if a clothing item is sized bigger or smaller than usual, the company will know and will send an adjusted size (so in this case, they would have sent a size larger than I usually need). Anyway, the style of this shirt definitely suits my style, the size is just off. It is $25.99 to keep.

That’s all for this shipment! A quick one this time. Remember, you can sign up for Nadine West today to see what a stylist would pick out for you!
