GoodCook sent me a cookware set for inclusion in my gift guide. All opinions are my own.
When I think about giving gifts to other adults, I tend to try to think of fun things. I don’t know why though, because when I think about what I really would like for Christmas? It’s usually practical gifts! I love to get gifts that are things I’ll use a lot, or maybe even need, but just haven’t prioritized buying for myself.
When I start to think about practical gifts that an adult would get a lot of use out of but may not replace on their own, cookware is pretty high on the list. I know that I am guilty of keeping my frying pans even after they are scratched or the non-stick property has quit working. It usually happens slowly over time so it’s easy to lose track of how bad it’s gotten until you use a new pan and are amazed at how it’s easy to clean after cooking an egg in it.
Yes, I’ve had that experience multiple times in my life! I know others have too, though. One year my dad even asked for a new set of frying pans for his birthday because he was tired of the effort required to clean is old frying pan after cooking eggs.
Anyway, if you know someone who has some older cookware, a new set can make a great gift. GoodCook offers a 10 piece set that includes 3 pots in various sizes, with lids for each, plus two frying pans, and two spatulas. They all have handles that stay cool while cooking, and the lids for the pans all have vents to release steam.
This set covers all the main sizes that I use in my regular cooking. It’s a great way to replace a lot of your dishes at once. Or, it would be a great starter kit for someone off at college or getting their first apartment or home.
While I don’t have a dishwasher currently, I love that this set is dishwasher safe because that adds a lot of convenience.
Buy it: You can purchase this set on Amazon.
Win it: One lucky winner is going to get a the GoodCook 10-piece dishwasher safe non-stick set! Giveaway is open to the Us & Canada.

I have such a problem with pans and lids!! Why can I never find a lid, or if I do, it doesn’t fit any of the pans I am trying to use? This gorgeous set would certainly solve that problem! The lids are so distinctive I don’t think they could go astray!

I also like the looks of their cast iron pans.
