Purity Coffee was born out of necessity. I don’t mean the company was founded because someone loved coffee so much they wanted to build a company around it….I mean it was a real necessity. The founder’s wife experienced health issues that stumped the medical field. She loved coffee and the more they studied the positive and negative effects that coffee has on the human body, they decided to make a blend of their own that removed some of the negative qualities and improved the positive ones.

One feature that caught my attention is Purity Coffee only uses organic specialty-grade beans. It may sound picky, but they even make certain their beans are whole (not chipped or cracked) and perfectly shaped so all of them roast the same way in the same amount of time. Just that alone decreases the number of carcinogenic compounds that might result from over roasting. No bean is used until it has been checked against mold, pesticides, and Ochratoxin A (which is known for causing kidney damage).

There are so many other tests done on the beans to ensure that only the purest are used in Purity Coffee. The amount of care that is taken when roasting the beans also has your health in mind. Purity Coffee even makes a point to ship the beans to the customer within 48 hours of them being roasted.

We love coffee in our household and were so impressed with the amount of thought and care taken by Purity Coffee that we had to try their product. The only issue I had was deciding which product to try since they all sounded terrific.

I decided Pocket Purity was perfect for our household. At times, my husband and I are on the same schedule and when that happens, we brew an entire pot of coffee so we can both enjoy a cup or two. There are other times when he is up and out of the door before the roosters are even awake. On those days, the Pocket Purity was exactly what I needed. All I had to do was empty the medium roast organic specialty-grade contents of the Pocket Purity (which was flushed with nitrogen before the coffee was placed into it) into my favorite coffee mug, steep it in hot water for 3-4 minutes, sit back and enjoy. Who am I kidding…I have two middle schoolers in the house, two dogs, and I work from home….there is no “sitting back” at our house. I actually grabbed my mug and carried it with me from one crisis to the next but it was exactly what I needed to get thru the daily household drama.

When I mentioned to you that I put my Purity Coffee in my favorite coffee mug, I failed to tell you that my favorite coffee mug is the 20-ounce vacuum insulated double-walled Purity Coffee Tumbler. This tumbler is stainless steel and has a clear acrylic lid that allows you to have it open or closed preventing spills and keeping my Purity Coffee warm because sometimes it takes me a while before I can actually finish a cup of coffee.
