Thank you to Tegu for sending product for review in exchange for my honest opinion.
At Tegu, they believe that the best play is free from rules, expectations and scripted narratives. Kids need space to laugh, relax and have fun. To imagine and create new worlds as well as discover themselves and the world on their own terms. Tegu believes it is important to set aside screens and schedules in favor of discovery, exploration, and the joy of the moment.
We received the Tegu Classics 42 piece Magnetic Block Set for review. It is appropriate for ages one and older. Both my two-year-old son and four-year-old daughter are loving it! My daughter commented right away on the “pretty colors” of the blocks.
These building blocks are the easiest ones for my son to use and manipulate that we own. I love the magnetic feature. They almost magically click together and hold tight so their creations are nice and sturdy and don’t fall down easily like regular wooden blocks would.
Perfect to make any creation they can imagine! Tons of towers, buildings, animals and vehicles have all been created here, and mom and dad enjoy getting in on the building fun too!
Tegu not only offers building block sets but also has lots of other fun choices including magnetic shape trains, robots, monsters, cars, a helicopter and more! Travel kits (perfect for popping in the diaper bag to keep little hands busy while waiting in line or at a restaurant) and larger Classroom Kits are also available. These blocks are truly heirloom quality.

Hi, my name is Asha. I am 34-years-old and am a nurse by profession. Right now I am battling Breast Cancer. My husband and I have been married for 8 years and together we have a sweet seven-year-old daughter, a fun four-year-old son, and a lovable bunny named Caramel. I enjoy spending time with family, taking photographs, scrapbooking, hunting, fishing, cooking and gardening.

I think these building blocks are one of the best things they ever came up with. My great niece has some of them and she plays with them ever day.

My kids love wooden blocks. There are so many creative possibilities!
I really like this set! I’m actually looking for something for my nephew who’s just over 1. I might wait for his next birthday so he’s a bit bigger but love how this set is made and how it works.
