Thanks to Aluratek for sending me this beautiful frame. As always, all opinions are my own.
How is your holiday shopping going? I’m about 90% done with just a couple gifts left to buy this year! Usually I’m not so on top of things but I’ve had more time to peruse online this year and find great presents for everyone on my list. One of my sister’s gifts this year will be the Distressed Wood Digital Photo Frame from Aluratek!
She actually got married in September this year and it was a beautiful fall day. They recently got their photos back and they’re amazing, but obviously it’s impossible to hang up every one of their wedding pictures in their home. I figured an Aluratek Digital Frame would be the perfect option because I could pre-load all of her photos and then they run on an automatic slideshow!
The frame itself is 10″ and it comes with a power cord and stand so you can put it up vertically or horizontally. Then, you just insert an SD card or a flash drive into the back and the photos will play through. There are settings to change the amount of time between each photo as well as the transitions, but it’s very simple and straightforward.
I love how easy it is to use this frame; there’s no need to connect it to a computer or wi-fi which can be very off-putting for individuals who aren’t technically savvy. Plus, you can easily switch out the photos just by changing out the flash drive or SD card. My sister is not a fan of “smart” home products, so this frame is perfect for her. The distressed wood frame matches a wide variety of home decor options, too! It will fit in her den perfectly.
If there’s someone on your shopping list that you don’t get to see often, an Aluratek frame would be such a great option. For elderly people especially right now, who aren’t able to leave their homes or assisted living, this frame would bring a sense of connectedness to them until you’re able to see them in person again.

Hi there! I’m Amber, a 34 year old wife and mom of two from central Minnesota. I love to be outside with my family anywhere the weather is warm (which means I spend half the year freezing). We’re a homeschooling family that loves to travel as often as possible! When I have a spare free moment, I love to read, take photos, and scrapbook. I’m interested in anything that makes life more fun; I also love socializing and sharing about my favorite products!

I live in a completely different state from my parents and I don’t get to visit them very often. This would be wonderful to have for them so they can view pictures of their grandchildren throughout the entire year.

I know this may sound silly to some but it means the world to me! I have tried to concieve for 14 years. I lost 2 babies in 2019 and that was a whole new form of heartbreak for me. Oct 17, 2020 I welcomed a healthy beautiful baby girl and my heart beams so bright with so much joy. I would love to display her in a digital frame and watch her 24/7 even though she is right beside me!! Just to watch the pictures flip and see her grow!
Very creative way of showing your family photos. Would definitely be a great way to feel connected with family during the holidays.
