I was sent a shipment from Nadine West for review. All opinions are my own. There are affiliate links in this post.
Nadine West is a clothing subscription service. When you sign up you share your sizes, what types and colors of clothing you like to wear, among other details. A stylist takes the information you provide and sends you 5+ items in the ail that they hope you’ll like. You get t try them on at home, and they send you a prepaid return mailing label. Anything you don’t wish t buy, you simply return. They charge you only after they know what you’ve kept.
This is a fun way to try on clothes that you may not usually pick out yourself. Plus, these days, it’s a great way to get clothes without risking virus exposure!
I was sent 6 items in this shipment.
I like the color of this dress! Very “fall” feeling. I don’t really like super casual dresses. This is a bit too shapeless for my style. I love that it has pockets, though! It is $35.99 to keep.
This necklace’s design is pretty interesting. It almost reminds me of a paperclip, except much prettier, of course. I like the unique shape, but the gems/jewels on it were not quite my style. This is $19.99 to keep.
Both the top and bottom here were sent this month. Purple is my favorite color, but bell sleeves aren’t something I wear. The top is $39.99 to keep.
The bottoms gave me childhood flashbacks! I remember my older siblings wearing black casual pants with white stripes on the sides. Back then they were wider leg, and many of them buttoned up on the outside of the legs. Anyway. These are cozy, but I’m not a big fan of the stripe. They are $19.99 to keep.
I like wearing red. The side detail of this shirt is interesting. The left is with it totally uncinched, and the right is with it cinched up quite tight. I like clothing that does something a little unique, but I just didn’t quite like this any way that I cinched it. It is $30.99 to keep.
Last but not least, I was sent these leggings. They seem to be the type designed to help ‘shape’ you as they kinda squeeze me all in. I tend to find this type of leggings uncomfortable, I prefer cotton-based ones that don’t put pressure on my body any more than a pair of snug pajamas might. The dye job n these is also a mis-match for my preference. I know that a lot of 80s or 90s styles are popular again, but I have a hard time embracing the trends, personally. Growing up in the 90s and early 00’s, the 80’s and early 90’s was the time period that screamed ‘uncool’ and ‘outdated’ to me. So even though many of those trends have come back around now, that 10 year old in me still just says ‘eww, 80’s!’ I guess, haha. Sorry to all of you who love it! I just have never been able to adjust to seeing the 80’s fashions in a positive light. Anyway, these leggings are $28.99 to keep.
This was quite a unique bag for me. I think it may be the first where I didn’t get anything I wanted to keep? Yet, both shirts and the necklace were close to my style, but just didn’t quite miss the mark. I don’t feel like the items chosen were terrible guesses based on my style, it was just bad luck this time.

I typically like more of the items you receive but not this time. I really only liked the leggings.

Nadine West makes affordable clothing that’s comfortable too. I like the tops.

The pants with the stripe look comfy. I think I would like wearing them on days when I’m relaxing at home. I also like the red top. The color is nice and the style is cute.

It is too bad that the red shirt didn’t work for you. The color is perfect for you. The style of the necklace is very unique and pretty. It would be one that would appeal to my granddaughter.

Merry Christmas, Emily…
I think the dress could be jazzed up with a scarf and a fun pair of floral leggings…I like the gold color…the tops are great, red is your color and the top with the bell sleeves, you rock it…always great to have another pair of leggings & black w/white stripe sweat pants…I didn’t care for the necklace…so glad you get to keep the clothes from Nadine West. -
I like the leggings. They look comfortable and the pattern is cool.

What a fun way to shop for clothes, I really like the surprise element in it. It also helps to stray from your normal. I really like the black pants with the white stripe! Thank you so much for sharing.

That red top looks amazing on you!! Its a shame it’s not something your style cuz its super flattering. I agree with all the 80s and 90s coming back. Its never really been my thing lol!! I hate shopping though so really enjoy clothing services. Do you have to pay to ship the items back?

I like the color on the purple blouse, but agree that bell sleeves are just not my style.

I think you look good in the warmer colors like the red. Not many can wear yellow, but you can. I am not a fan of the dress either, but it is a good color for you. I rather like the ‘paperclip’ necklace!
Nadine West has such wonderful and attractive clothing. I love the colors of the clothing also. My daughter would be happy to have any of these outfits.
