Ryan had a birthday recently. The clothing that he wears around the house has gotten a bit old and worn out. When I had the chance to try out some Homage brand clothing, their “go-to” line stood out to me. 

Homage in general offers a lot of clothing based around teams and pop culture. Ryan isn’t one to like many graphic t-shirts or things like that. He likes basics, which is why the go-to line stood out to me.

The go-to line is plain colored t-shirts, sweatshirts, bottoms, etc in various colors. They’re great staple pieces for anyone’s wardrobe, but especially for people like Ryan who aren’t into more elaborate designs. 

We were sent a pair of go-to sweatpants, and a go-to full-zip hoodie. The sweatpants sell for $60, and the ful-zip hoodie for $58. These are more expensive than I would typically pay for a hoodie or sweatpants. I was hopeful that this would mean the quality would also be higher – and when they arrived, I quickly found that to be true. 

The fabrics are a nice thickness, and just feel really well-made and durable. The inside is soft. 

The go-to line features a few different styles of sweatpants, hoodies and shirts. Basically, all of the main styles of clothing you can think of, they offer. They also have some children’s and baby items!

Ryan is sort of between sizes, and both of these items say they have unisex sizing. We weren’t sure if that meant they were closer to men’s or women’s sizes, but we opted to order the larger of the two sizes i case they were closer to women’s sizing. In hindsight, we should have ordered the smaller size, as this size was too big. I’d say these are men’s sizing more so than women’s sizing, and that it’s a generous sizing even for men’s sizing. So if you’re ordering a “unisex” item for a woman, I’d say to go a size down vs what she normally orders from women’s clothing, and men who are between sizes can size down. 

Thankfully, our goal with these items was for Ryan to use them around the house to be cozy, so them being a bit oversized isn’t a problem for us. They are very cozy!
