Our family has been focusing on health and fitness for the last few years. One of the ways we do that is “working out” in our home gym. We have quite a few items in this gym but one of the pieces of exercise equipment that gets used by all of us is the Power Dyne Adjustable 55-Pound Dumbbell Set (set of two).

What makes this set of dumbbells unlike others is how easily you can adjust the amount of weight you’re using. Simply unlock the dumbbell, select your desired weight amount, and then lock it again. When you lift the dumbbell out of its storage tray, the extra-weight plates that you don’t want will stay in the storage tray. How easy is that?

Depending on your level of fitness or weight lifting routine, you can choose from weight increments ranging from 5 pounds up to 55 pounds on each dumbbell. Each dumbbell has ten weight plates. The no-slip handgrips are so much more comfortable and safe than some dumbbells I’ve used.
