Nadine West sent me a shipment of clothing for review of their service. There are affiliate links in this post. All opinions are my own.

Nadine West is an affordable clothing subscription service. You can opt in to only receive items valued at under $25, or you can opt in for items valued at $25+, or a combination of both. I’m set up to receive a mixture of all price points, and the highest cost I’ve ever seen is about $46. This is far more affordable than most fashion subscription services out there!

You share your clothing sizes and tell them all about what types of clothing you lik to wear. Then monthly or bimonthly (your choice) you will get a shipment from Nadine West, sharing at least 4 items with you. You get to try them on, and decide what to keep and what to return. A prepaid return label is included with your shipment, so you can ship back anything you don’t wish to keep. Then you’re only charged for what you do keep. You are charged a shipping fee each shipment, but the shipping fee will be taken off the cost of any item that you keep, as long as you keep at least one item. To date, I haven’t received a shipment that didn’t have at least one item that I liked! 

Let’s jump in to what was included in this shipment. I received six items this time.

This silver-toned bracelet is cute. I have gotten more into bracelets lately, so I did consider if I wanted to keep this or not, at first. Ultimately I decided that it was a little bit too big for my tastes, I like really dainty jewelry. It was close to my syle though! It is $25.99 to keep.

Second was these gold-toned wing earrings. I’ve mostly settled into wearing a pair of tiny hoops 24/7 the last year or so. Even prior to that, I’ve never really been one to wear earrings like this. I prefer jewelry that is rather delicate and simple so it can go with any outfit. Also with earrings, it’s important to me that they are lightweight and these felt a bit on the heavy side. They are $13.99 to keep.

Third was this necklace. This was the first time in many shipments that I had got 3 pieces of jewelry in a single shipment. I’m a bit funny with necklaces, I guess. I often see necklaces that I think look nice, but just don’t seem like ‘me’. This is one of those necklaces. I think this is pretty, and I could see other women wearing this and me complimenting it. Yet, I just can’t see myself wearing it for some reason! This necklace is $38.99 to keep. 

Next up was the top and bottoms shown in the photo above. I really like this outfit! Definite winner for me.

I love how Nadine West often sends me leggings that look like jeans, while being as comfy as leggings. I like how these ones have no hem at the ankle as that sees a bit more on-trend right now than hemmed skinny jeans. These have functioning front and back pockets, but an elastic waist. If you don’t want to look sloppy but you want to feel super comfy…these jean-like-leggings are the best. They are $21.99 to keep.

I also really like the top here. I like florals, but not when they’re overly colorful, I suppose? I have a particular soft spot for black tops or dresses that have flowers on them. It’s almost like the black base of the shirt helps “balance” the very bright, feminine-ness of the flowers, in my mind. This top is lightweight but has long sleeves which is nice as we have quite a lot of cold weather here in Michigan. I have a long season where long sleeves are ideal. The top is $25.99 to keep. 

The top, bottoms and necklace shown above were all sent in this shipment, though the necklace and bottoms were reviewed above. 

This top is a pretty reddish pinkish color that I really like. It’s a dolman style so the sleeves are snug after the elbow, and there is excess material in the chest, and ruching a the hips. I’ll admit, when I put it on my first thought was ‘Oh, I really like this!’ but the my second was ‘are dolman shirts out of style now?”. But my third thought was ‘I like it, so who cares!’. I don’t want to dress super weird, but I also want to prioritize my own likes and dislikes over what is the most trendy. Anyone else? 

Anyway! The dolman shirt was a winner for me, and it is $20.99 to keep.

Overall, this was a successful shipment for me. I liked both tops and the leggings. None of the jewelry were keepers for me, but the bracelet was pretty close. I know I’ll be getting lots of wear out of the two tops and the bottoms.
