Thank you to AeroTrainer for providing me with products to facilitate my blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
I try to exercise at least five days a week. Some days I head to the gym and some days I prefer to stay at home. When I am at home, I have an assortment of exercise equipment for my use. With that said, I am always looking for new things to add to my collection. This helps me keep things exciting and it also helps encourage me to do more. Last month, I added an AeroTrainer inflatable exercise platform.
AeroTrainers exercise platform is constructed with high-quality non-BPA PVC. It has four internal chambers to distribute air evenly and add extra stability. The AeroTrainer is burst-proof. Users can easily adjust the firmness to make the unit suit their balance and fitness level. AeroTrainer can support over 500 pounds.
One of the great things about AeroTrainer is its versatility. Included with your order are a poster and instruction guide. They walk you through twenty-five total body exercises. They are suited for all skill levels including everyone from beginners to those who are more advanced.
AeroTrainer inflates in under 30 seconds with the included electric pump. When not in use, it folds fairly flat making it easy for storage and/or taking with you when you travel.
When you incorporate the AeroTrainer into your exercise routine, don’t be fooled by the ease of the exercises. Trust me, you are definitely giving your body a workout and you will feel it the next day. My Mom used the AeroTrainer while doing stomach crunches. She said she felt maybe she was wasting her time because it was so easy….and exercising needs to be difficult in order to be beneficial, right? Nope. That is not the case with the AeroTrainer. She could definitely feel it the next day in her ab area as well as the backs of her thighs and that was just after a few minutes of use and only a couple of the suggested exercises that accompany the AeroTrainer.
Exercising with AeroTrainer has been fun. What’s better than having fun while you workout?!

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

This looks like a great addition to a home gym. It looks easy to move about too! I definitely need to add some more workout equipment to our home…. I can’t get to the gym with kids, so this would definitely come in handy.

I like to have the option of exercising at home especially when I am short on time. The AeroTrainer looks like it would provide a good workout on those days.

this is very nice and that you can take it with you when you travel is great. I can see a lot of different things you could do with it.

This sounds like a great exercise piece to have at home! I love that it is inflatable which makes it really easy to store. I also only work out at home, so I am always looking for new equipment and ways to do so. I will have to invest in one of these, thanks for sharing!

This looks like a super useful exercise tool. Much better than trying to do exercises on the floor. I also love that it’s stable and easily inflatable.

I visited AeroTrainer’s website and learned that 4 inner chambers of support and can support over 500lbs. (On their website, a car’s wheel is sitting on this inflatable AeroTrainer exerciser). This is amazing ?. This inflatable exercise equipment is easy to inflate and easy to deflate and store! That’s important to me too! AeroTrainer seems easy to exercise on, with less effort! It also includes an exercise instruction sheet that’s like having your own personal trainer ? This was pin worthy’! Thank you for sharing!!

I would love to have a AeroTrainers exercise platform. It seems fun and will keep me exercising for sure.

I feel like this would help my back and it looks fun and easy to use. Also good for a chair to relax it while doing some arm exercises maybe.

I emailed my sister this link and she fell in love with this trainer. Going to order

For someone who was 280lbs I could have used this back then as a tool at home. People think a 500lb limit is a an insane amount but often times If you’ve weighed 300lbs a lot of things have limits like 250lb or 300lb and thus cannot help you even workout equipment sometimes. This would have helped in my weight loss in the past and I could still use it today.

Don’t waste your money on this product. Inferior quality as I had a seam leak & it couldn’t be fixed with their patch kit. Six months after the 1-year warranty expired I notified Aero trainer with the problem and their only solution was to buy a new one. I would think that after a short period after the warranty expired, they would have replaced it but thought wrong. Poor customer relations only received robot response.

I bought aerotrainer because I have difficulty getting up and down off the floor. My first 2 developed leaks while under warranty and they sent me replacements. I’m currently using my 3rd one and though it has not developed any leaks yet, the seams have almost all blown out making it look more like an air mattress but in the aerotrainer shape.

The Aerotrainer did help my back but wasn’t fantastic . Thing is, it WILL NOT hold air!! I have had 2 replacement’s, and it still won’t hold air and my weight is under 189 lbs. I’ve spoken to their customer service but that too was disappointing, they offered me a 10% discount but shipping etc was still over $99.00. BTW every unit comes with 3 sticky back 1/2” circle patches that they don’t even work.. Save your hard earned money.

Bought two of these in a year. Can’t keep air in either one. Can’t find leaks either
It looks fun to use.
