Truth be told, the job as a mother often goes under-appreciated and overlooked.  On the rare occasion that I’ll be away for part of a day and my husband takes over, he often says he can’t believe how hard it is.  Between caring for the baby, homeschooling the other kids, keeping the house in a some-what organized manner, and throwing in a frozen pizza is about his limit!  As a mom, we all know how difficult our job can be but it’s also SO very rewarding.  I wouldn’t trade my title of mother for anything!

This year, Teleflora auditioned moms for the #RoleOfALifetime. What these unsuspecting mothers didn’t know was they already had the part!  So, the Teleflora team reminded them how special they are with a little help from their kids.  Be sure to watch the endearing, heart-warming video below.

 

In this commercial, Teleflora hosts a casting call for the role of Lilly, a mom struggling to make ends meet. Those who made it to the callbacks were asked to read a letter, which is met with teary eyes as they soon realize it’s not a script, but an authentic letter written to them from their child. The spot captures the moment when the actresses realize that they are not auditioning for the part but have been living this role of a lifetime—no casting calls, callbacks, or approvals required.
