I’ve recently signed up with Modere, which is a health and wellness company offering clean products for the whole family. As you’ve probably read, I’m very particular about the products I will put in my body, and I’ve been so impressed by Modere’s quality and standards for ingredients. I wanted to share my favorite products with you and my journey with Modere from here on out.

The product that initially got me interested in Modere is Trim. My weight has fluctuated on and off over the past 10 years – I’ll be really motivated to work out and eat well for a couple years and then something happens (like pregnancy, raising young kids, or heart surgery, etc) and then I stop and gain back everything I’ve lost. This year I decided to really focus on getting healthy again but I’m finding it a lot more difficult to jumpstart my metabolism and start making progress. I’ve also noticed that my skin has lost some of its elasticity and I can tell that my body could use more collagen. When I heard about Trim, I thought it might be the perfect option to start making progress with weight loss while also helping me in other areas.

Trim is made of two main ingredients: CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) and Collagen/HA Matrix Technology. Here are some of the benefits of using Trim regularly:

All of the ingredients are listed on the Trim product pages, and you can choose from a variety of flavors. This time around I chose Chocolate but I think I’ll try Raspberry Lemonade next.

I’m also very interested in the Chocolate Trim + Liquid BioCell Skin because I can definitely tell that after I turned 30, my skin started to become really dry.
