Thanks to Budsies for sending me these amazing creations! As always, all opinions are my own.
Alright friends, I’ve officially found the most creative Christmas gift this year and I’m so excited to share it with you! Budsies are custom stuffed animals made from drawings and artwork. Unlike other toys and stuffed animals; Budsies allows kids of all ages to use their imagination to create and draw their very own characters, and then those drawings get turned into stuffed animals they can play with forever! All you have to do is send in a picture of the drawing, and Budsies will do the rest.
Budsies Custom Stuffed Animals from Drawings!
My kids are homeschooled and they love to draw; this year they’ve really started to get creative and proud of the pictures they create. They always hang art up on the fridge, but turning what they’ve drawn into stuffed animals is next level! I think it’s such a fun way to preserve their personality and interests, and who wouldn’t be excited to see something they’ve made come to life!? I told my kids that I wanted them to draw something special (though these are gifts so they didn’t know what for), and what they came up with was so awesome!
Lincoln is really into monsters and rainbows right now, so naturally he drew a rainbow monster! As he was drawing it, I thought “this is going to make for a weird stuffed animal” but I was BLOWN AWAY when I took it out of the box – it’s absolutely perfect! They used the exact colors in the same places he did, and the eyeballs are hilarious – just like his drawing.
You can tell that they really take care during the design and production process to make a stuffed animal that is as close as possible to the original drawing. I can imagine Lincoln using this as a pillow or a snuggle buddy once he gets to open it on Christmas morning!
Our daughter Harper is a little older, so naturally her design has a lot more details. Budsies were able to capture EVERY ONE of those details, from the position of the hearts to the name on the collar to the tiny heart on the crown on her cat’s head. I mean, a cat on roller skates translated into a stuffed animal? It’s honestly incredible! I cannot believe the amount of craftsmanship put into these Budsies and I’m sure Harper is going to scream with excitement when she sees hers; I’ll be sure to take a video and picture to add to this post.
Budsies also offers a ton of other unique products, making gift-giving super fun and easy. From custom self-portrait plush dolls to personalized pillows and socks, they have something for everyone! Head to their website to start customizing gifts that will create memories for years to come.

Hi there! I’m Amber, a 34 year old wife and mom of two from central Minnesota. I love to be outside with my family anywhere the weather is warm (which means I spend half the year freezing). We’re a homeschooling family that loves to travel as often as possible! When I have a spare free moment, I love to read, take photos, and scrapbook. I’m interested in anything that makes life more fun; I also love socializing and sharing about my favorite products!

What a neat idea. This would be something different that nobody else would think to give. It would be something that could be kept throughout a child’s life. I’m sure this would be a big hit with parents and kids.

This is so cool!! I am surprised that someone has not done this before. My great niece is just reaching the age of drawing a picture that you knew what it was. She would love this
