Every Christmas, I gift my husband a pancake mix and a bottle of maple syrup. After we open gifts, he gets up and makes us all breakfast while the girls and I clean up. This tradition started a few years ago, and I don’t see it going away anytime soon. He says he enjoys doing it.

This year I turned to Bushwick Kitchen for his Christmas breakfast goodies. Bushwick Kitchen has a collection of maple syrup, honey, and sriracha sauces that perfectly balance sweetness and heat.

I got my husband a Trees Knees Maple Gift Set With Cinnamon to go with the Cinnamon Oat Pancake + Waffle Mix.

The Trees Knees Maple Gift Set With Cinnamon includes three of Bushwick Kitchen’s most popular Maple Syrup flavors- Spicy, Cinnamon, and Coffee. The three Maple Syrup bottles are packaged in a gift box with a Bushwick Kitchen dish towel. The website suggests using the Trees Knees Maple Syrups on roasted veggies, with cornbread, on bacon, in a maple sage daiquiri, on grilled peaches, or in an iced coffee.

Cinnamon Oat Pancake + Waffle Mix is a plant-based mix that is made with Oat Milk, whole grains, and cinnamon. The mix is Vegan, made with whole grains, and is a good source of fiber. In addition to being used to make pancakes and waffles, you can use the Cinnamon Oat Pancake + Waffle Mix in other dishes. I would like to pour the batter over diced apples in a casserole dish and bake it. I think it would be a delicious twist on an apple crisp/cobbler. 

While I was on the Bushwick Kitchen website, I decided to get a Threes Knees Spicy Gift Set. This set comes with Spicy Honey, Spicy Maple, and Gochujang Sriracha sauces. These are Bushwick Kitchens’ most popular products. The Threes Knees Spicy Gift Set is packaged in a gift box with a Bushwick Kitchen dish towel. Suggested uses for the Threes Knees Spicy Gift Set sauces are chocolate pudding, roasted veggies, spicy maple sage daiquiri, or scrambled eggs. I think this will make a great gift for a budding chef on my shopping list.
