Cheese Brothers sent me cheese-themed gift sets for review and inclusion in my gift guides. All opinions are my own.
Cheese Brothers is a cheese company that ships high-quality, all-natural cheeses and cheese-themed gift baskets straight to your door. I had the pleasure of trying two Cheese gift sets recently. One was Easter themed, so it’s not available anymore. However, the cheese types and included items are available in other gift sets so I’ll still share information about it with you!
The Easter set included four varieties of cheese, Sea salt topped caramel bites, and a cherry lavender jam. Now, I would typically tell you that I’m not a huge fan of caramels or cherries. I had never tried a cherry jam, and I don’t know that I had ever tried a lavender-flavored anything. I absolutely LOVED the caramels and the jam though! They both have such a deep, interesting variety of flavors. Ryan and I both had to hold ourselves back from eating both of these far too quickly!
Of course, the cheese is amazing, as well.
Ryan loves cheese, so it was pretty much no surprise to me that he loved all four varieties. The old smoky was his overall favorite. I’m a bit pickier when it comes to cheese, but I really loved the green onion cheddar and the dill havarti varieties. The Green onion cheddar isn’t an overpowerful tasting cheese, but the green onion keeps it from feeling plain or boring. Which for me, is perfect! I don’t like overwhelming flavor or boring, so it was a great mix in my opinion. I also really liked the Dill Havarti. I don’t think I had tried havarti cheese before, but I like dill flavored things and had never tried a dill-flavored cheese. It was good!
I was also sent the “World’s Best Mom” gift set, which included a selection of their finest Wisconsin cheeses, along with award-winning jam and artisan honey made by small local producers. This is still available on the website if you’re looking for a mother’s day gift for a mom in your life (or for yourself!).
The cheeses were packed with flavor and came in a variety of types, including the creamy and buttery “Hygge Helga” Havarti, smoky “Nonna Mozz” Smoked Mozzarella plus Rhapsody which is a cheese reserve product, and and Dill havarti. The gift set also included two jars of Janet’s Finest artisan compotes (Peach Berry Jalapeño and Raspberry Jalapeño) and a jar of single-source honey from Ames Honey Farm, complete with a tiny honey dipper. The attention to detail was impressive, with the packaging designed to look like wood even though it was cardboard.
As a brand, Cheese Brothers believes in cheese and its power to foster goodwill among all. They honor their roots by making cheese the same way since Eric’s Great Grandpa Fred came to the US from Switzerland in 1919. Their milk is sourced from small Wisconsin dairies, and none of their products are ever processed or artificial in any way. They sweat the details to ensure their cheeses are of the highest quality, and they pride themselves on providing personal, friendly customer service.
Overall, I highly recommend Cheese Brothers to anyone who loves cheese or is looking for a unique and delicious gift option. Their commitment to quality and their dedication to their customers is evident in every aspect of their business. They clearly focus on quality and flavor which makes their gift sets really nice.
Win it: A Cheese Brothers gift set! This will be their “World’s Cheesiest Dad” Cheese gift set. This set includes four 60-oz cheese blocks (3 Amigos Gouda, Fratello, Smoked Gouda, Smoked Mozzarella) one 5 oz cheese block (8-year aged cheddar), 8 oz. jar of Classic mustard from Mustard and Co. (or cherry lavender jam if the mustard is unavailable), one 5 oz. artisan salami and a “world’s cheesiest dad” sticker.

What a nice selection of tasty cheese in this basket. Havarti is one of my favorites and I would love to try it with the dill.

love wisconsin cheese curds
I would love to have this box. Cheese is expensive and you look at it and think is it any good. I was looking at different cheese at krogers one day. And the woman said you to sample some… YES I tried some not so good to some wonderful ccheeses. I ended up buying a kinda small piece and it cost me almost $8.
