I recently received a gift set from Omaha Steaks and was really impressed with the quality of their products. For those who don’t know, Omaha Steaks is a company that’s been around for over 100 years, specializing in high-end steaks and meats. They offer gift sets with different assortments of steaks, sides, desserts and more that can be shipped directly to your door.
My gift set included sirloin steaks, mini baguettes with garlic butter, franks, burgers and chicken breasts. I loved the convenience of having these premium meats delivered right to my home. The steaks were each vacuum sealed individually, so even though they came in packs of four, I could easily just cook two steaks at a time for my partner and I.
The steaks themselves were impressive – over an inch thick with the perfect amount of marbling. I cooked them to medium doneness based on some online recommendations and they turned out juicy and flavorful with a good crust. I am not brand-new to cooking steaks, but I am far from an expert, so I was happy with how easy these were to get just right. The baguettes were a fun surprise – cute miniature loaves pre-spread with garlic butter that I just popped in the oven. They come partially sliced so they are really easy to break into individual pieces. These came in a set of four, but were packaged in a set of two so we were able to cook just two at a time.
The pics above were provided by Omaha Steaks but they show some of their awesome side-dishes and desserts! The first is apple pie tartlets, and the second is their stuffed baked potatoes. Items like this can really elevate a home meal!
Overall, I was really happy with the quality and variety of this gift set from Omaha Steaks. It definitely provides a luxury dinner feeling without having to leave the house. They offer a ton of gift options for all kinds of occasions, from grilling packs to date night meals. The prices are on the higher end, but you can definitely taste the quality difference with their meats. If you have someone in your life who loves specialty foods or cooking, I’d highly recommend checking out Omaha Steaks for a unique and delicious gift idea. Their products are top-notch.
