I’m always game for a great movie and if you’ve been a fan of Duck Dynasty, or just curious about them; this movie is for you! It’s the true story of Phil and Kay Robertson, like never seen before. This popular couple didn’t have it easy starting out and they are allowing us a glimpse into their past so we can see just how God’s redemptive power changes lives when we surrender to Him.

Long before Phil Robertson was a reality TV star, he fell in love, started a family, and began to spiral out of control. Life definitely wasn’t easy.
The Blind shares never-before-revealed moments in Phil’s life as he seeks to conquer the shame of his past, ultimately finding redemption in an unlikely place.
I’ve seen Duck Dynasty, I’ve read some of the books by the stars of the show, and I’ve heard people speak in amazement about this family. But getting to watch their true story play out and seeing how hard life was, shows just how amazing God’s gift of redemption is. The Robertson family has never hid their faith on their popular television show and I truly admire that about them.
Their new movie is raw, powerful, and inspiring. It’s a love story unlike any I’ve seen before and is worth the watch. Grab your girlfriends or husband and get to the theaters for this one.
Kay’s dedication to her husband and marriage is both encouraging and motivating. “My momma told me that one day I’d have to fight for my marriage, so here I am fighting.”

I am curious about it because I haven’t heard anything about the Duck Dynasty people for ages and I wondered what happened. After all, I share their last name.
I watched Duck Dynasty and enjoyed the antics of the different characters. It would be interesting to see how the family began their business ventures.
I had no idea that they made a movie about their life before Duck Dynasty! This was a show that I watched a lot with my oldest son when he was younger.
My dad used to watch Duck Dynasty on tv years ago and I would watch it with him when I was home on the weekends. I’d like to see Phil and Kay’s inspirational story.
