I’ve heard of Garmin for years but had no idea how many diverse and useful products they produce. I was amazed. They are located in 35 countries and have over 19,000 associates helping them to bring us, their customers, superior products at affordable prices. Their culture is based on honesty, integrity, and respect. Three very important qualities that today’s world could often use more of. Before I became familiar with all of their products, I found myself already a fan of the company. Garmin’s impressive amount of products includes many wearables and watches. These wearables are geared toward all sorts of physical activity and are equipped with such options as flashlights, GPS features, and TOPO mapping. You can even pair these devices with other devices you use during your workouts and/or adventures. If you enjoy diving and spending time underwater, Garmin has wearables that can withstand the many pounds of underwater pressure. If you’re in the market for monitors so you can stay in tune with your blood pressure or heart rate, Garmin has the device. If a navigator is something you need, Garmin has it, even one that will work on your motorcycle. Whether your need is related to automotive, marine, or aviation, Garmin has you covered. They even have sonar black boxes!

Today, I will tell you about one of the Garmin gifts I am giving this Christmas, the Lily smartwatch. 

Garmin’s Lily smartwatch is available in Classic and Sport Edition, as well as multiple color options. I chose the Lily Sport Edition Rose Gold Bezel with Light Sand Case and Silicone Band. This smartwatch is stylish and fitness-focused. Lily has an elegant design with a slim band and a small watch face. It has several health benefits including fitness tracking, health monitoring, and smart notifications.

Lily tracks things that I have never known a smartwatch could track such as your energy levels, menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and respiration. When you first look at Lily’s face it shows a fun pattern, then with the flick of your wrist, it changes to a touchscreen display. From there you can go through all the options. 

I am impressed with the Lily Sport smartwatch. I wish I would have gotten one for myself in addition to the one I am giving as a gift! 

Lily is a great option for women looking for a combination of style and fitness tracking.
