I was sent the Luxe Bidet NEO 320 Plus for review.

Bidets are traditionally separate bathroom fixtures for washing the posterior and feminine areas. However, models like the Luxe Bidet NEO 320 Plus bidet are part of a newer category of bidets that are designed as attachments to toilet seats, offering a more accessible option for those looking to incorporate bidets into their bathrooms without significant plumbing changes. Bidets are getting more popular as people care more about personal hygiene and environmental concerns—particularly the reduction in toilet paper use.

This bidet boasts a sleek, modern aesthetic that suits a range of contemporary bathroom styles.

The product is available in several finishes—white, rose gold, and chrome—allowing for a degree of personalization to match existing fixtures. The ergonomic design extends to the control knobs, which are shaped and placed for comfort and ease. There’s a knob that can switch from regular bidet mode, feminine wash mode, and the self-cleaning mode. There is a lever that you control water temperature and water pressure.

I only installed the cold water function on my mother’s bidet because we’re still waiting on landlord permission to install the warm water line. But, we also have this model installed at home and I can attest to the warm water functions as well.

Installation

The instructions provided were clear and concise, with well-illustrated steps that took the guesswork out of the process. The guide included helpful tips for handling the more intricate parts of the installation.

The adjustable fittings lived up to their ‘No Gap’ promise, seamlessly integrating with my mother’s toilet without leaving any awkward spaces where cleanliness could become an issue. 

Once installed, the bidet felt securely attached to the toilet, with no wobble or misalignment. It blended in well with the existing bathroom fixtures.

Overall, the installation experience was remarkably hassle-free. The design of the bidet itself, along with the clear instructions, ensured a smooth process from start to finish.

Assessment

In day-to-day use, the bidet performs admirably. The control knobs are intuitive and within easy reach. Adjusting the water temperature or pressure feels fluid and responsive, making the transition to using a bidet seamless for those who might be new to it. Even after repeated use, the controls maintain their precision, a testament to the bidet’s sturdy construction.

The self-cleaning function is incredibly convenient. Deep cleaning the bidet itself is just as straightforward as its use. The lift-to-clean feature ensures I can reach all the nooks and crannies without a hassle. And the hinges not only allow me to access hard-to-reach areas but also hold up well against repeated cleanings, which can sometimes wear down lesser quality fittings.

The ease of installation, intuitive use, and straightforward maintenance, coupled with a solid build, make for a positive experience. I highly recommend the Luxe Bidet NEO 320 Plus bidet.
